About the Job
\We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Regional Team Manager to join our team at Canonical. This is a globally remote role, and we encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Customer Success and experience in managing teams. You will work closely with the Head of Customer Success to analyze regional performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and achieve business objectives.
\This role offers a competitive salary of around $120,000 per year, based on experience and location. In addition to base pay, we provide a performance-driven annual bonus. \As a Customer Success Regional Team Manager, you'll be responsible for strategic planning and analysis, customer interactions and support to your team, team management, cross-functional collaboration, and documentation and reporting. You'll have the opportunity to work with our global CSM team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
