Client Success Director

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Director to join our team in the US. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth, this individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing account plans.
This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $160,000 to $240,000, depending on experience. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a strong background in managing complex client relationships and developing and executing account plans. They should also have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior-level clients.
