We are currently seeking a dynamic and community-oriented Business Banking Development Officer (also known as Business Development Officer) with experience in the Greater Nashua area. The ideal candidate will leverage exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to provide outstanding customer service. In this role, the successful applicant will support client relationships for existing bank customers while also generating new business banking opportunities.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Business Development Officer: $65,000 - $85,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enhances the Bank's image and services through all business interactions.
  • Engages with existing and potential business and municipal clients to promote new and additional banking services.
  • Maintains a referral network for leads generated from bank employees, influential contacts, and networking activities.
  • Fosters superior business relationships while achieving both personal and organizational objectives.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on business development and/or sales responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, services, policies, and regulations, including lending practices.
  • Ability to meet established production targets and deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a high level of organization.
