Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, delivering a positive and efficient experience with each project.
- Transform sales estimates into confirmed orders and generate new estimates as required.
- Organize the collection of client materials and coordinate delivery schedules to adhere to production timelines.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager to engage third-party vendors and manage material procurement for client projects.
- Work alongside the Production Manager to establish job schedules, ensuring alignment on all deadlines.
- Prepare accurate work orders for processing and secure client approvals on proofs.
- Lead the resolution of any issues that may arise and conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
- Serve as the internal contact for approving job outputs at all stages of production.
- Draft customer invoices and provide necessary documentation for accounting based on job specifications.
- Maintain comprehensive and secure records of all client interactions and company files as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures, particularly regarding regulatory standards.
- Participate in all relevant meetings and provide support to colleagues as necessary.
- Mentor new hires and assist in their training.
- Engage in sales activities to negotiate and finalize estimates for new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to identify areas for process enhancement and contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Complete advanced training for industry certifications as applicable.
- Take a proactive role in managing account profitability and exploring improvement opportunities.
- Acquire a production skill to assist in emergencies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in account management, ideally with 5-7 years of progressive responsibility.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent customer service skills, particularly in challenging situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Outstanding listening and verbal communication skills.
