Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience throughout all projects.
  • Transform sales proposals into confirmed orders and generate new proposals as required.
  • Organize the collection of client materials and coordinate delivery timelines to adhere to production schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to engage third-party vendors and manage material procurement for client projects.
  • Work closely with the Production Manager to establish job timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Prepare accurate work orders for the production team and secure client approvals on proofs.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues that may arise, conducting quality checks across all production areas.
  • Serve as the internal point of contact for job output approval at every stage of the production process.
  • Draft customer invoices and maintain comprehensive records in line with job specifications.
  • Ensure the secure management of all client documentation and company files as required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding compliance and audit standards.
  • Participate in all relevant meetings and provide support to colleagues as necessary.
  • Mentor new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Engage in sales negotiations and pricing discussions to secure client agreements for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for operational enhancements and assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Complete advanced training for industry certifications as appropriate.
  • Take a proactive role in enhancing account profitability and exploring improvement strategies.
  • Acquire a production skill set to assist in emergencies.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management with increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent customer service skills, particularly in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Outstanding listening and verbal communication abilities.
