Job Summary: The Phone Support Specialist will be responsible for responding to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner. They will also collect and update patient information, verify health plan eligibility, and schedule appointments using an electronic practice management system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collect and update patient demographics and insurance information.
  • Verify health plan eligibility and schedule appointments using an electronic practice management system.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to support daily clinic operations and quality patient care initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume phone customer service role or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Keyboarding skills and ability to utilize computer equipment and software.
  • Effective communication skills in English language (written, verbal, and in-person).

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
