Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Operations Specialist to join our team at CoreSite. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, including facilities and infrastructure maintenance, IT infrastructure management, and customer support.

In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, implement process improvements, and develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair facilities and infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our data centers.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement process improvements and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities and infrastructure maintenance or IT infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and life safety systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45.00-$55.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
