Job Description: As a Data Center Operations Technician Intern, you will work to troubleshoot hardware, network, and Linux issues while maintaining first-class customer service to the teams and groups within the data centers. This involves hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair, installing equipment, creating documentation, innovating solutions, and fixing problems within the Data Center Space.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems, familiarity with Linux, and excellent problem-solving skills. Additionally, you should be able to manage work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordinate with managers.
