About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Account Management Associate to join our team at KOP Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • This is an entry-level position with opportunities for advancement and career growth.
  • You will work closely with senior management to develop customized plans to support sales cycles and drive business results.
  • As an Account Management Associate, you will be responsible for presenting the value of our products and services to prospective clients and partners.
  • You will also collect business intelligence on companies, leads, and qualified potential customers, and develop and maintain sales initiatives/goals based on senior management feedback and organizational goals.
  • In this role, you will collaborate with the operations team and customers to evaluate account performance and implement solutions.

About You:

  • A Bachelor's degree (all majors welcome) or hands-on experience is required.
  • Excellent communication, writing, problem-solving, and time management skills are essential.
  • Advanced computer and internet search skills are necessary.
  • You should have relevant work or internship experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Unmatched ability to establish credibility with senior-level executives is desired.
