Position Overview
Regent at Bellevue is in search of a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the upkeep and quality of our properties.
Transitioning to a new role is a significant decision, and RAM provides competitive compensation, including bonuses based on the property commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment, training, supervision, and motivation of the maintenance personnel with support from the Property Manager.
- Conduct property inspections and address any maintenance requirements.
- Monitor service requests completed by the maintenance team.
- Ensure timely completion of work orders based on priority.
- Oversee and coordinate the make-ready process.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills by interacting with residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
- Implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- Keep a clean and organized workshop and other workspaces.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
- A valid Driver's license is mandatory.
- EPA HVAC certification is required.
- CPO certification is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
