Compensation: $38- $40 per hour + bonuses

Position Overview

Regent at Bellevue is in search of a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the upkeep and quality of our properties.

Transitioning to a new role is a significant decision, and RAM provides competitive compensation, including bonuses based on the property commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment, training, supervision, and motivation of the maintenance personnel with support from the Property Manager.
  • Conduct property inspections and address any maintenance requirements.
  • Monitor service requests completed by the maintenance team.
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders based on priority.
  • Oversee and coordinate the make-ready process.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills by interacting with residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Maintain property grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
  • Implement preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Keep a clean and organized workshop and other workspaces.
  • Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a college degree is advantageous.
  • A valid Driver's license is mandatory.
  • EPA HVAC certification is required.
  • CPO certification is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
