Project Construction Supervisor – Multi-family Developments

Location: Kirkland, WA

We are seeking a Project Construction Supervisor to manage the on-site execution of townhomes, rowhouses, and small multi-family developments, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all stages of construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet quality benchmarks.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise on-site personnel regarding construction methods, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and state safety standards.
  • Review and authorize architectural designs and modifications prior to construction.
  • Engage with public agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor quality, compliance with policies, and resolve any arising issues.
  • Manage departmental budgetary allocations.
  • Uphold ethical business practices to enhance client satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or training in residential construction.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes and management.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
  • Ability to interpret construction documents, blueprints, and schedules effectively.
  • Familiarity with local permitting processes, regulations, and building codes.
  • Proficient in budget management and cost control.
  • Competence in MS Office and construction management software.
