Core Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and preparing monthly financial records and reports for the designated property portfolio
  • Managing lease agreements, ensuring accurate rent/NNN billing and adherence to lease stipulations
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new properties and performing due diligence
  • Conducting regular audits and reconciliations to ensure compliance with accounting standards and lease agreements
  • Engaging with clients, tenants, and lenders through both written and verbal communication
  • Collaborating with the property management team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance assessments
  • Coordinating cash management activities and providing analytical insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Guiding accounting personnel and promoting a cooperative work atmosphere
  • Participating in professional development courses for ongoing career advancement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and property management software
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
