We are in search of a dynamic and driven Strategic Growth Manager who is eager to elevate their professional journey. This high-achieving individual will spearhead the business development initiatives for IWS across the Western Region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sales and proposal processes for all service lines related to water, wastewater, and reuse projects.
  • Manage established national account relationships while cultivating new customer connections.
  • Establish new representative partnerships within the municipal and industrial sectors.
  • Collect project specifications through site assessments and collaborate with engineering teams to create conceptual designs.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new accounts in the region.
  • Guide the sales process and drive leads to closure, thereby generating new revenue streams.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in water treatment.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the water treatment sector.
  • Direct experience in sales targeting key markets such as residential development, food and beverage, or municipal sectors.
  • Proficiency in consultative sales, with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proven track record of collaboration across various functional areas.
  • Expertise in problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building with clients and business partners.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
