Position Overview: Account Sales Manager

The Account Sales Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing product offerings and fostering relationships with key customer contacts to enhance product sales at designated accounts.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with customer representatives at each assigned account.
  • Sales Strategy: Identify current and future product requirements at accounts, exploring opportunities to boost sales.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning optimally.
  • Field Sales Activities: Engage in outside sales efforts to drive business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor competitors' actions, including new product launches and pricing strategies.
  • Performance Goals: Achieve monthly targets related to sales, distribution, pricing, merchandising, and new account establishment.
  • Brand Management: Safeguard and promote the brand through effective product rotation and in-store marketing.
  • Inventory Enhancement: Expand the variety and quantity of products available at each assigned account.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to share insights and best practices.
  • Leadership: Take initiative and lead within the peer group.
  • Driver Requirements: Hold a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and obtain a DOT Medical card.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD) is advantageous.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift and transport inventory and promotional displays weighing up to 25 pounds.
