  • Identify current and future product demands at accounts and explore strategies to boost sales.
  • Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and operational.
  • Engage in external sales activities to drive business growth.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies, including new product launches and pricing adjustments.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to sales performance, distribution metrics, pricing strategies, product display, new account establishment, and merchandising efforts.
  • Uphold and enhance brand integrity through effective product rotation and in-store branding initiatives.
  • Expand product inventory and variety at each assigned account.
  • Collaborate effectively across various departments and share successful practices.
  • Contribute to team success and lead by example among peers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customer contacts at each designated account.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Obtain a DOT Medical card as required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD) is advantageous.
  • Capability to lift and transport inventory and/or promotional displays weighing up to 25 pounds.
