Senior Sales Manager - PHI Air Medical

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at PHI Air Medical. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies
    • Design and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead and Motivate the Sales Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members
    • Provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance
  • Analyze Sales Performance Metrics
    • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency
  • Build Strong Client Relationships
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
    • Provide input on product development and marketing strategies
  • Conduct Market Research
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide Sales Forecasts and Reports
    • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
    • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and progress
  • Train and Onboard Team Members
    • Develop and deliver training programs to improve sales skills and knowledge
    • Onboard new team members and provide support during the onboarding process
  • Stay Informed about Market Trends
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Continuous Improvement of Sales Processes
    • Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to implement changes
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements

Requirements

  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education preferred
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of outside sales experience
    • 3+ years of industry sales experience
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM programs
