For over three decades, Metalcraft Technologies has been a comprehensive aerospace manufacturing entity based in Cedar City, Utah. As a privately-owned firm, we possess extensive capabilities in developing products and managing processes from raw materials to finished goods.

Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the main liaison between Metalcraft Technologies and our clients. This role involves coordinating solutions to customer inquiries and providing updates based on our ERP systems. Collaboration with the Customer Service Team, particularly Program Managers, is essential to fulfill customer requirements through effective communication and precise reporting.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime may be necessary based on workload demands.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments preferred, with on-the-job training available
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Effective negotiation skills for collaboration with various departments and clients
  • Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • A positive attitude, even in challenging situations
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel and Power BI
  • Understanding of customer specifications and requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
