Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships through consistent communication.

  • Proactively follow up on outstanding issues and codes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently and coordinating necessary actions.
  • Ensure alignment of open orders with our ERP system and manage timelines effectively.
  • Participate in customer meetings through virtual platforms.
  • Facilitate customer visits as required.
  • Communicate any quality concerns and returns effectively.
  • Assist in managing customer returns and coordinating repair or replacement part demands.
  • Act as a liaison between production and customers to meet delivery expectations.
  • Monitor and manage customer-related delays and sales order statuses regularly.
  • Adjust work orders as necessary to meet customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to sell inventory when appropriate.
  • Review and respond to purchase order modifications.
  • Generate and analyze various reports to track performance metrics.
  • Request necessary changes to purchase orders due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Effectively communicate project-related issues to customers.
  • Manage customer scorecards to track service levels.
  • Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely payment collection.
  • Access and share essential documents through customer portals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a positive demeanor in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in advanced computer applications, including Excel and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with MRP systems and work travelers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence.
  • Effective negotiation skills across departments and with clients.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a small team.
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
