About the Role:

As an Account Executive at Downstream Marketplace, you will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to help them succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Identify business opportunities and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Document all sales activities in the CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Stay current on market trends, competition, and industry developments to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in the equipment rental or waste management space.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to use financial data to drive decision-making and strategy.
