Account Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at The Hartford. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal Analysis and Loss Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of renewal accounts to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth.
- Policy Management: Prepare and issue binders, policies, and endorsements, while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Broker Management: Serve as a key contact for brokers and provide optimal customer service experience on behalf of the company.
- Underwriting Support: Perform initial prequalification on all renewal account submissions and generate a summary of all findings.
Requirements:
- Prior Commercial Insurance industry experience as an Account Manager or Underwriting Assistant.
- Functional knowledge of Commercial Lines rating experience.
- Knowledge of Excess Wholesale, Primary Casualty, and General Liability insurance coverages.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship building skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
