Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience and location. This figure includes a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, disability insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and vision insurance.

About the Job

This is a hybrid position, requiring Tuesdays and Wednesdays in-office in our downtown Austin, TX location. As a Sales Account Manager, you will work closely with our clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will be responsible for:

  • Building and developing strong relationships with clients
  • Driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • A drive to learn and adapt quickly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Data analysis and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
