We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining new client accounts, developing relationships with customers to grow revenue and hit KPIs, taking action on sales leads to continue building out a healthy book of business, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for customers, helping to resolve account issues as they arise.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the shipping/logistics industry
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to bring in new accounts as well as manage existing accounts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous experience building and maintaining healthy sales pipeline
