Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and driven Sales Account Representative to join our team at Indeed. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. You will work closely with our account management team to understand client needs, develop customized solutions, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Develop and present customized sales proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.


Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus bonus incentives based on individual and team performance.
