Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including retail partners and distributors
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate sales records and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
This is a full-time position requiring travel to various locations, including retail stores and trade shows. You will be required to work nights and weekends on occasion. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance are also necessary for this role.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary: $50,000 - $54,000 per year
- Overtime eligibility and sales contests/incentives
- Vacation allowance: up to 104 hours PTO and 10 paid holidays per year
