Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Account Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Account Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, including retail partners and distributors
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results

This is a full-time position requiring travel to various locations, including retail stores and trade shows. You will be required to work nights and weekends on occasion. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance are also necessary for this role.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Benefits
