Position Summary

We are in search of a Sales Account Executive who embodies passion, self-motivation, and business insight, coupled with a strong ambition to exceed both professional and financial objectives. This role presents an exciting chance to apply your solution-oriented sales expertise to cultivate business within designated accounts in the Manufacturing sector. You will collaborate with our exceptional presales, customer success, and professional services teams, ensuring that your clients perceive you as a trusted advisor capable of delivering comprehensive solutions beyond mere software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from account research to deal closure.
  • Identify, nurture, and manage business relationships with prospects and existing clients to promote software, services, and related solutions.
  • Engage deeply within accounts by recognizing client needs and opportunities where IMAGINiT's offerings can enhance client growth and efficiency.
  • Facilitate account strategy discussions with current clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Craft and present compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Enhance IMAGINiT's visibility in the industry through networking events, social media engagement, and referrals.
  • Collaborate across IMAGINiT's business divisions and other Manufacturing partners to secure client engagements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in software solutions targeting mid-sized and large enterprises.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • A proven track record as a proactive sales professional.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage in discussions at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Capability to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Experience in multi-product/service sales is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the Manufacturing sector is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Year 1 Total Compensation (base salary + commissions) ranges from $75,000 to $180,000 and above.
