Position Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated Sales Manager to enhance our team. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in formulating and executing comprehensive sales strategies, acquiring new clientele, and optimizing hotel profitability. This role demands exceptional communication abilities, a solid background in sales, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales initiatives to attract and retain business for the hotel
  • Identify and pursue new accounts through diverse outreach methods
  • Participate in industry conferences to network and showcase hotel offerings
  • Craft sales proposals and host clients as necessary
  • Evaluate business prospects to enhance profitability
  • Leverage sales management software to monitor client interactions
  • Build and sustain relationships with clients and hotel personnel
  • Support the annual business planning and budgeting process

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma is essential; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications
  • Outstanding communication skills are necessary
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and hotel operations
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and delegate responsibilities effectively

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in hotel sales is advantageous
