About the Role

Kennesaw State University is seeking a highly skilled CNA Program Manager to oversee the Certified Nursing Assistant program and ensure compliance with Nurse Aide Training Program (NATP) standards. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, hire and train qualified instructors, and oversee program evaluations. Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and oversee the CNA/NATP training program, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Recruit, interview, and hire qualified instructors, providing onboarding and training as required.
  3. Supervise and observe instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and faculty activities.
  4. Maintain accurate records, track pass rates, and evaluate instructor performance.
  5. Act as the liaison between clinical partners and Kennesaw State University, ensuring smooth program operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current, valid and unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse license.
  • At least two years of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse, including one year in a long-term care environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field.
  • Instructor certification, preferably BLS.
  • Extensive knowledge of NATP standards and experience in nursing and adult education.
