Job Summary:

As a Release Train Engineer at Syntricate Technologies, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the flow of epics and features, ensuring timely delivery and value to our customers. This position requires a servant leader who can facilitate Agile Release Train ceremonies, manage dependencies, and provide visibility into program increment health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate Agile Release Train ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, Program Increment Planning, and System Demos.
  • Manage dependencies across teams, ensuring impediments are resolved quickly and teams are protected from outside disruptions.
  • Provide visibility into program increment health, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure a healthy product backlog.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the Agile Release Train to support value delivery and PI commitments.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira.
  • Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple dependencies and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in banking or a related industry.
  • Experience leading large Agile Release Trains.
