Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in the Interdisciplinary Team, providing personalized care to patients and communicating effectively with the RN Case Manager and other team members.

The ideal candidate will have a current CNA license in the State of Georgia, CPR & First Aid Certification, and 1-2 years of hospice experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 3 weeks of PTO, and a 401(k) plan with a 6% match after 90 days.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current CNA License in the State of Georgia
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certification
  • 1-2 years hospice experience (other candidates may be considered with experience in assisted living, home health, long term care)
  • Utmost compassion & integrity
  • Driver's license, insurance, and vehicle
