About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Regency SouthernCare Hospice. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to patients and their families, promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to infection control measures and standard precautions
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as emptying trash and changing linens
• Document patient information and visit itineraries accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
• Current driver's license and automobile insurance
• Current CPR certification
