Senior Sales Trainer

Evolve is seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Senior Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class sales and customer support training content to our sales and support organization. You will work closely with our Sales and Support Leadership and the broader Learning and Enablement team to develop and implement training programs that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales and customer support training programs
- Manage and track performance of sales and support training effectiveness
- Partner with Sales and Support Leadership and the broader L&E team to recommend learning opportunities
- Collaborate with Instructional Design team and Quality Assurance on ongoing curriculum development projects
- Leverage delivery methods and practices to ensure they are innovative and effective
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and customer support training and facilitation
- 3+ years of experience in sales and customer support role
- Proven success as a trainer or facilitator in a blended learning environment
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
What We Offer:
