Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at World Wide Technology. As a Senior Technical Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team, as well as working closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise and support to our sales team
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years Technical Sales Experience in relevant industry and Associate to Advanced level technical certification in a single domain
  • 5+ years progressive experience as Technical consultant, Technical Specialist, System Engineer, or comparable position performing the duties of this position
  • Strong sales consulting experience and the ability to partner with sales, engineering teams and OEMs
  • Excellent oral and written communication, product demonstration, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications are desired (i.e. Cisco, VMware, AWS)
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
