Senior Sales Executive

Capital Group Opportunity
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will lead sales initiatives in the RIA channel, identifying firm and firm representative needs and coordinating efforts to serve those needs. Your territory will cover a significant region.
You will manage Capital Client Group presence, relationships, and business results with key RIA firms. You excel at delivering motivational and informative presentations. You're motivated by setting goals and measuring your performance against them. You are a well-rounded collaborator and work skillfully with other Senior Sales Force members to identify opportunities for better investor outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- You have a proven track record in third-party distribution, a broad knowledge of the mutual fund, SMA, and ETF business, and sales cultures.
- You have a proven track record and a deep technical knowledge of portfolio construction.
- You know how to leverage technologies to create custom analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.).
- You are an excellent communicator and have significant sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.
- You're well-versed in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner.
- You have one or more of the following designations: Series 7, 63, 66, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, and CFA.
What We Offer
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will also be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus, plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
