RESPONSIBILITIES

  • At the beginning of each shift, the team member will review the work schedule, check necessary equipment and supplies, adhere to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols, and prepare for assigned tasks.
  • Combine and mix ingredients, distribute the mixture onto trays, place trays in racks, transport racks to the oven, and bake products.
  • Package and label baked items, clean display cases, and restock fresh goods.
  • Sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, and floors.
  • Monitor and document any losses.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess valid identification.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to fulfill job responsibilities and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must complete the introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
  • Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this role.
  • Must be able to operate, or learn to operate, the tools and equipment necessary for this position.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
  • Must meet the company's performance standards for the role.
  • Must maintain regular attendance and adhere to company performance standards.
  • Must agree to wear the designated clothing and footwear approved for this position.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or technical training is preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

*Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more based on business needs

*Job cycles: continual maximum

*Lift/carry: 50 lbs.

*Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
*Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.

*Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.
