Race Winning Brands is seeking a skilled Transmission Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and building high-performance and racing Powerglide and Turbo 400 Transmissions.

• Design and assemble high-performance transmissions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement new transmission designs, taking into account customer requirements and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of transmission components and systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of transmission prototypes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure efficient and effective transmission manufacturing.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transmission design and manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of transmission design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
