About the Role

Race Winning Brands, a leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts, is seeking a skilled Transmission Builder to join its team. As a Transmission Builder, you will be responsible for assembling high-performance and racing Powerglide and Turbo 400 Transmissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble high-performance and racing Powerglide and Turbo 400 Transmissions
  • Ensure total safety awareness and adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production objectives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance transmission quality and efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures to ensure optimal transmission performance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience building transmissions
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
