Manufacturing Subassembly Specialist

OVERVIEW: This role demands a commitment to safety, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to adhere to instructions within a production setting. Key responsibilities encompass subassembly operations such as component insertion, sealing, and sanitation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute all tasks within the Subassembly Division
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Achieve production and quality benchmarks
  • Handle materials with care to minimize risks
  • Document processes for tracking and quality assurance
  • Notify supervisors of any operational challenges
  • Maintain accurate production logs and time records
  • Fulfill safety, quality, and production objectives
  • Utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Lift and transport products as required
  • Ensure a tidy and organized workspace

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong emphasis on safety protocols
  • Collaborative team player with effective communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with proficient manual dexterity
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commitment to safe work practices
  • Ability to follow established procedures
  • Technical or mechanical skills
  • High school diploma along with relevant experience

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY: Proficient in reading, writing, and effective communication

MATH SKILLS: Competence in basic mathematical operations

REASONING ABILITY: Apply logical thinking to tasks

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be capable of standing, walking, and lifting weights up to 40 pounds
