MIG Aluminum Welder Specialist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Welder with expertise in MIG welding and blueprint reading to join our team at Aerotek. This is a first shift position with a 4-day work week, Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm, with overtime available on Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform MIG welding on aluminum materials
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding
  • Pass 2G and 3G MIG aluminum tests on 1/16" (16 gauge) materials
  • Work in a clean, industrial manufacturing environment
  • Provide a complete manufacturing service solution from initial design to production and testing

**Requirements**

  • Must have MIG welding experience on aluminum
  • Experience with uphill MIG welding
  • Blueprint reading skills
  • AWS Certifications are preferred
