Job Summary:
The Executive Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading our business development efforts, driving growth and revenue, and developing and executing business strategies to achieve our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Lead business development efforts, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Manage and develop a team of business development professionals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth and success in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
