Job Description

Our company, Jacob Grant Property Management, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Risk Consultant to join our team. As a Sales and Risk Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and understanding their risk management needs.
  2. Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments of clients' portfolios, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on risk management and insurance solutions.
  4. Business Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's revenue.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: At least four years of experience in sales and risk management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  2. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  3. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or finance.
  4. Licenses: Professional licenses and certifications in sales and risk management, such as P&C licenses and personal lines insurance experience.
