Key Responsibilities:
- Specification Development: Create and convey comprehensive specifications for execution while managing client expectations. Generate reports, timelines, and visual aids to effectively communicate expectations and progress to management, clients, stakeholders, and other pertinent parties.
- Research and Analysis: Investigate and evaluate the nature, impact, and outcomes of system issues. Collaborate closely with the IT team to fulfill data sampling, project analysis, testing validation, and other user requests from existing client databases.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to grasp technical requirements. Recognize how any interruptions may potentially alter a project and influence the business. Engage with team leaders to ensure client satisfaction and provide recommendations as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
- Five to seven years of relevant experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Proven management skills with the capacity to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize
