We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Sahara AI. As a key member of our ecosystem growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing partnership opportunities, building relationships with prospective partners, and laying the groundwork for our ecosystem.

This role requires a strong understanding of web3 technologies, excellent communication and research skills, and a results-driven mindset. You will represent our company at industry events, expanding our network and brand presence.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify potential partners through various channels, including networking events, online research, and industry reports.
  • Actively seek out projects to build on Sahara Labs and partners to integrate with our platform.
  • Attend blockchain conferences, AI symposiums, and Web3 networking events to establish relationships and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to expand our partnership pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, understanding their needs and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine outreach strategies, as well as co-marketing opportunities with partners.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including outreach and leads generated.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working in Crypto, BD for blockchain Layer 1 or 2.
  • Familiarity with and keen interest in emerging technologies, particularly AI and web3.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (preferably HubSpot).
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
