We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development and Growth to join our team at TransPerfect. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Source and close new clients through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other means
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare organizations by delivering exceptional client service and staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Formulate sales plans to achieve business objectives and manage client expectations
- Understand and articulate TransPerfect's full line of healthcare offerings, capabilities, benefits, and competitive advantages
- Identify and refer opportunities within each of these areas to specialist sales and client service teams to close
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 3-7 years of sales experience in healthcare or health insurance sales
- Proven sales life cycle experience - lead generation through business closing
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Established capabilities managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
