Job Summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Education Program Coordinator I to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating department educational programs, scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Coordination: Collaborate with department staff to develop and implement educational programs, including scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines.
  • Support Education Objectives: Track and communicate information related to education programs, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
  • Development of Education Materials: Assist in the development of education materials, including brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational resources.
  • Database Management: Collaborate to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases related to educational and research programs within the Center.
  • Program Timeline Management: Maintain program timeline, including tracking deadlines for program components.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Maintain working understanding of accreditation, board, and institutional requirements, ensuring full compliance for graduate course.
  • Grant Administration: Assist with internal grants administration for trainees.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
  • Training and Development: Conduct or coordinate training for faculty and trainees.
  • Recruitment and Coordination: Coordinate recruitment and coordination of instructors and speakers for trainee seminars, events, mentor education, special conferences, and the graduate course managed by the Cardiovascular Center.
  • Program Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data, including reporting program data and progress to program stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Field: Science or Education.
