- Coordinate special projects and assignments, compiling and analyzing data to support administrative needs.
- Act as a resource to other staff members, providing training and support as required.
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Typically requires 5 years of experience in providing administrative support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) or similar products.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
This role requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods, with occasional lifting of items up to 20 lbs. The successful candidate must be able to continuously use a keyboard and have functional speech, vision, and hearing.
