Job Title: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

PrideStaff is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk duties, including answering calls, greeting guests, and handling deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing presentations, meeting agendas, and maintaining office supply inventory
  • Assist with accounting and office management tasks, such as processing expense reports and maintaining facilities vendors
  • Coordinate office events and maintain a log of packages and mail
  • Make travel arrangements and schedule appointments
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, some college preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Previous experience in a busy administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
