About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Nova Southeastern University. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative activities and functions within the department to ensure efficient operations.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve non-routine problems requiring a broad understanding of work-area policies and procedures.
  • Review data and follow up on discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
  • Enter data and generate reports from NSU-specific software systems.
  • Assist in coordinating college events and serve as the initial contact and program liaison.
  • Create and maintain student and prospective student files and records.
  • Prepare and submit supply orders, purchase orders, and travel requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and three (3) years of administrative experience in an office environment.
  • Associate's Degree and two (2) years of administrative experience in an office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to enter and verify information with accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
