Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Nesco Resource. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain paper and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Coordinate office organization and maintenance, including ordering supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
