Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in digital health and/or healthcare. In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining and executing product strategy while managing specific aspects of the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess over 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of developing and launching software products.
  • Collaborate effectively with Design, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to implement features that drive key performance indicators.
  • Establish and oversee the roadmap for your designated product area.
  • Strategically prioritize initiatives, execute plans, and achieve business objectives.
  • Take responsibility for the success of product launches, monitoring data to assess their effectiveness.
  • Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product direction.
  • Leverage data, market insights, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Biology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrate experience in successfully launching products in previous roles.
  • Exhibit the ability to design a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) as well as a comprehensive product experience.
  • Show deep empathy for end-users, translating their needs into actionable product strategies.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Be comfortable engaging with clients and prospects, including delivering presentations.
  • Adopt an analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Know when and how to apply UX research, market research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization effectively.
  • Have experience managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess a background in B2B and B2C healthcare or digital health sectors.
  • Startup experience is essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the behavioral or mental health sector is advantageous.
