Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with a background in digital health and/or healthcare. In this role, you will play a crucial part in defining and executing product strategy while owning and managing specific segments of the product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess over 5 years of experience in product management, specifically in developing and launching software products.
- Collaborate effectively with Design, Engineering, and various cross-functional teams to implement and deliver features that influence key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establish and oversee the roadmap for your designated product area.
- Strategically prioritize initiatives, execute plans, and achieve business objectives.
- Take responsibility for the success of product launches; meticulously track performance data to assess outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication and alignment with cross-functional teams regarding the direction of your product area.
- Leverage data, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Biology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate a history of successfully launching products.
- Exhibit the ability to design a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) as well as a comprehensive product experience.
- Show deep empathy for end-users, translating insights into a clear understanding of how our product can best meet their needs.
- Possess excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Be comfortable engaging with clients and prospects, including presenting to them.
- Be analytical and data-driven.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.
- Understand when and how to utilize UX research, market analysis, and competitive research to guide product decisions.
- Influence leaders across the organization effectively.
- Experience managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- Have a background in B2B and B2C healthcare/digital health sectors.
- Startup experience is essential.
